(ConservativeInsider.org) – The Trump Administration has doubled down its efforts to support Israel, our closest ally in the Middle East, over the past few months. But, one congresswoman recently spoke out against the Jewish state, causing other lawmakers to call for her removal.
On Sunday, November 29, House Representative Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) tweeted the following, although she deleted it soon after:
Rashida Tlaib RT's out the same message that got Marc Lamont Hill canned from CNN.
From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free – code for eradicating the State of Israel and its millions of Jews.

The same weekend, Tlaib joined representatives Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Betty McCollum (D-MN) at the virtually-held American Muslims for Palestine’s (AMP) annual conference. The AMP conference hosted speakers with alleged ties to Hamas and is the main promoter of the movement to boycott Israel and Jewish-made goods.
Representative Guy Reschenthaler (R-PA) condemned Tlaib’s behavior:
There is no room for anti-Semitism in the halls of Congress.

This antisemitism from a US congresswoman comes when religiously-motivated hate crimes against Jews are on the rise. While free speech is a right in this country, hate speech from lawmakers against any group of people is not acceptable.
