Elon Musk Releases NEW DEADLINE – End Of The Year?

Elon Musk is one such visionary who employs people from said profession and believes his companies, like SpaceX and Tesla, are changing the world for the better. He just announced his electric cars will be able to drive themselves by the end of the year.
On Monday, August 29, Musk, at an energy conference in Norway, stated Tesla cars will have the option to drive without a human within a few months. While regulators still have to approve the program, he hopes the cars will be able to stop at stop signs themselves, as well as navigate and park on autopilot. The Full Self-Driving System (FSD) will now cost $15,000, but will also have a “Smart Summon” feature where drivers can use the Tesla app to call the car to themselves.

Musk previously spoke about the dangers of humans driving, as they are easily distracted by other people, phones, music, or even just daily stressors. He believes his self-driving cars will be safer as they rely on computers and AI rather than the human attention span.
During the conference, the billionaire also told listeners he believes the world needs to continue using “oil and gas in the short term, because otherwise, civilization will crumble.” That means a lot coming from someone who has made billions off of the green energy movement.
