(ConservativeInsider.org) – President Joe Biden has been stretching his executive power in any way he can to try and get more Americans vaccinated. One such example involves the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) new rule, forcing companies with over 100 employees to have all their workers vaccinated by January 4 or face a fine. However, one Republican just unveiled a plan to try and stop this proposal in its tracks.
Senator Mike Braun (R-IN) is hoping to use the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to force Congress to vote on whether or not Biden’s latest proposal is legal. At least 40 other Republicans have backed Braun’s move, including Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY). By using the CRA, the Indiana Senator is forcing fellow lawmakers to review the latest federal rule and put on record whether they find it appropriate or not.
With this, the GOP hopes centrist Democrats acknowledge the government’s overreach in this measure and vote against it. Senator Braun shared his fight on Twitter:
Last year we did everything we could to keep people in their jobs.
Now Joe Biden is doing everything he can to push them out.
Today, I'm leading 41 of my colleagues to strike down his oppressive vaccine mandate for businesses.https://t.co/f5tYKuX0LD

By forcing a vote through the CRA, Braun is making lawmakers come to terms with whether or not they’re okay having the federal government put people out of work in their states with the enforcement of this mandate. Hopefully, this plan will force Congress to think twice before supporting Biden’s vaccination plan.
