U.S. Senator’s “One World Government” Announcement Is Downright Scary

(ConservativeInsider.org) – Just as every person is unique, so is each nation in this world, every one having its own culture, social issues, economy, and landscape, which its government must help manage. This makes each governing body incredibly unique as well, even though many share some basic principles. Now, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) is sounding the alarm about the potential end of this diversity, declaring that he believes the World Economic Forum (WEF) is trying to create a “one world government.”

On Thursday, May 26, Paul spoke with Fox News about the WEF taking place in Davos, Switzerland. He called the meeting “dangerous,” saying that the idea of a “one world government” was in the organization’s mission statement. Paul’s warning was based on multiple points, including the scary thought that a universal government would not allow anyone to vote, and it would likely put “elitists and their private jets” in control of the United States.

Paul believes the WEF lacks sovereignty, freedom, and responsiveness, meaning it is “completely antithetical” to the US Constitution and the freedoms US citizens enjoy. As the Kentucky politician is certainly fired up about his opposition to the forum, it is critical Americans keep their eyes on the organization as it — according to its mission statement — continues to influence “the foremost political, business, cultural and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.”
