Trump Vindicated by Voters in Shocking Poll

( – At this point, anyone who follows politics knows the GOP did not do as expected in the recent midterm elections. While they hoped to take back both the Senate and the House, the conservative party only barely won the majority in the lower chamber. A new poll reveals most Republicans blame their party’s leadership, rather than former President Donald Trump, for the lackluster results.

On Monday, November 21, Rasmussen Reports published data from a survey it conducted with The National Pulse, where it spoke to 1,000 likely voters on November 16 and 17, both by telephone phone and online. The poll produced quite a bit of information with a 95% level of confidence and a sampling error of 3%.

The report shows that while 40% of Democrats blame Trump for the GOP’s poor midterm results, only 24% of Republicans share that sentiment. Yet, a whopping 39% of conservative voters think their party’s leadership, which includes House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), and Chairman of the Republican Party Ronna McDaniel, is to blame. This same group of people, alongside many GOP donors, is pushing the blame onto Trump.

No one can truly predict how an election will turn out before the results are called, almost inevitably leading to someone experiencing disappointment. But, out of this disagreement is where growth will likely occur.
