(ConservativeInsider.org) – Anti-Israel radicals within the Democratic Party are getting excited after seeing Vice President Kamala Harris at the top of the Democratic presidential ticket in the 2024 elections due to her hardline stance against Israel.
Her anti-Israel approach is encouraging many Democrats who resigned from influential government positions in protest of Biden’s support of Israel. These Democrats now believe that Harris’s possible presidential tenure would stop the U.S.’s unconditional backing of Israel.
Lily Greenberg, who resigned from her post in the US Interior Department, suggested that she has previously worked with Harris, and she knows that Harris would stop sending offensive weapons to Israel and force the Jewish state to sign a ceasefire agreement with Palestine.
Similarly, a former State Department employee, Josh Paul, who resigned from his post to protest against Biden’s arms shipment to Israel, noted that Harris could reconsider historic U.S. relations with Israel.
Harris has been an outspoken critic of Israel since October 7th, when the Palestinian militia group Hamas killed more than 1,200 Israelis, triggering the latest bout of Israeli aggression in this decades-old conflict.
Seeing President Biden supporting Prime Minister Netanyahu’s approach against Hamas, Harris voiced her concerns against Israel and urged everyone to protect “innocent Palestinians.”
Harris, who preferred not to preside over a joint Congress session when Netanyahu was speaking to U.S. lawmakers and instead decided to attend an event in Indiana, has also defended violent anti-Israel protesters in universities across the United States, claiming that she understands the emotions of protesters.
In October 2023, when the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian war was less than one month old, Harris appreciated the leadership qualities of an event attendee who accused Israel of committing “genocide” in Palestine.
The vice president also asked Israel not to give any “excuses” and let humanitarian aid enter Gaza, adding that civilians in Palestine are forced to eat leaves and animal feed.
Republican strategists are warning Americans against Harris’s presidency, stating that she is far worse than Biden regarding Israel.
