(ConservativeInsider.org) – FBI Special Agent Erika Jensen testified that Hunter Biden’s controversial laptop, which pushed him into legal troubles, was in no way tampered with.
Hunter Biden has long maintained that pro-Republican elements tried to manipulate data in his laptop for political purposes. The first son has also sued former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani and his LLCs for allegedly tampering with his laptop and violating the data privacy and computer fraud laws.
Hunter left the infamous laptop at a Delaware computer shop in 2019 and failed to collect it. The repairman, John Paul Mack Isaac, who made the content of the laptop public, faced harassment from the left and claimed that his home was swatted after he exposed the first son.
Hunter Biden is currently facing federal gun charges for lying to a gun store about his drug addiction when he purchased a gun in 2018. Defense lawyers believe that Hunter was always functional to the extent at the time of purchase that he should not be considered a drug addict.
However, Hunter’s former girlfriend and wife have revealed that he used to look like he was under the influence of drugs at the time.
The prosecutor argued that Hunter texted Hallie Biden, who is the widow of his deceased brother Beau Biden, that he was waiting for a dealer, and the next day, he admitted to Hallie that he was sleeping in his car after smoking crack.
Hunter had a romantic relationship with Hallie after the passing of Beau. Hallie admitted that she threw the gun out of Hunter’s car due to his poor mental condition.
However, Hunter’s legal team has tried to downplay the prosecutors’ concerns by clarifying that Hunter’s drug consumption did not coincide with the time of his gun purchase.
If convicted, Hunter can be jailed for 25 years.
There was also speculation that President Joe Biden could pardon his son, but he recently announced that he would accept the verdict and would not pardon him.
